Our lead technical expert, Christopher J. Perrotta, CPI, CEI, LEED AP,  holds the industry-recognized designations of InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), AWCI Certified EIFS Inspector (CEI), U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental and Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and has participated as a student and served as a speaker and instructor in hundreds of hours of accredited continuing education courses in various building systems.

With a Curriculum Vitae encompassing over 18 years of specialized testing, inspection and design experience, spanning numerous residential, commercial and notable government projects, Mr. Perrotta has been recognized as an Expert Witness in three counties for EIFS Inspection, Residential Construction, Residential Cost Estimating, Construction Quality Assurance Procedures and Forensic Water Penetration Inspection & Testing. He is experienced in working with legal teams on depositions as well as presenting testimony in court.
